1. Order Processing
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at
Contact@bytey.in within 12 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.
 
2. Payment Methods

We offer a range of secure payment options to suit your convenience, including: (for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

 

Payment Security: All payments are securely processed using encryption technologies to protect your financial information. Bytey does not store or have access to your payment details. For any payment-related issues, please contact our support team.

 

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Bytey website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Bytey reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. However, once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase is final.
 

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within India only. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, and they will be clearly displayed at checkout.
 

Estimated Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen events.
 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via our courier partner's website.
 
4. Returns and Exchanges

Bytey currently does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to our support team.


5. Product Quality Assurance

We take pride in delivering high-quality apparel. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Contact@bytey.in within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
